The Secretary of the Cornwall Photographic Alliance


Job description


Convene all Committee meetings, advise all members of the meetings and monitor attendance

Seek topics for discussion and produce and distribute agendas for those meetings

Take notes and produce minutes at the meetings and arrange for these to be agreed by the Committee before finalisation

Oversee the process, as defined in the CPA’s constitution, for the election of CPA officers

Produce the agenda for the CPA’s AGM. Promote the AGM within the CPA membership

Ensure compliance with the CPA Constitution

Deal with associated communications sent to the CPA
